Kaitlin is a second-generation State Farm Agent looking for another eager and enthusiastic sales representative to add to the team! We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused insurance sales representative to join or dynamic agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
