"Jaime was very thorough and professional to work with. My husband and I was with Prog******* for 20+ years and when we went to add a permit driver to our policy their website said that they would be covered under our existing policy WITH NO PREMIUM INCREASE until they got their actual license.(unfortunately I found this out AFTER I called and added him and they quoted a premium increase of $410 more $/mo. and took 2 mos of payments.) When confronted about this Prog••••••• said that’s “generally” the case with most CO’s in Pa. but not them. They never gave me a sensible explanation to the deceiving information they have posted on their website either about adding a permit driver to your existing policy. After getting his actual license (now being able to drive alone and unaccompanied mind you) State Farm placed him on his own policy for almost a quarter of the $ Prog took from us deceptively. My husband and I also switched our vehicles to State Farm and decreased our “Prog****** premium to almost half the cost also. State Farm also beat the others we spoke with as well by a decent amount."
