"I switched my home coverage over to Statefarm after having the pleasure of speaking with Jaime. The process was stress free and being able to talk to an actual person without yelling at an automated system for 20 minutes is truly priceless. I recently switched my auto policy over to them as well after really having to appreciate how frustrating is it to try to reach a ‘live agent’ with my now old insurance carrier. Jaime and Bianca were able to answer all my questions and get my policies switched over (plus the added bonus of bundle savings). Now I don’t have to stress about struggling to reach someone if I ever do need to utilize my coverage or simply have a question and not 3 hours to spare waiting on hold or navigating an automated system with impossible prompts. Highly recommend making the call to this office if your renewals are up and you’re shopping around - great prices, great coverage and actual people!"
