"I had a marvelous experience with the State Farm agent representative, whose name is Eliana. She was very elaborate, fully detailed and cordial in her delivery. She provided me with all the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision about my automobile insurance and she was savvy enough to strongly suggest and politely request that I also include my homeowners insurance. She indicated how it would be to my advantage to do both; and after listening to her rationale and deliberating, I ultimately concluded that she was correct. Consequently, I walked away with an excellent automobile insurance policy and an excellent homeowners insurance policy. I am immensely grateful and extremely appreciative to have had the privilege of having Eliana to be the State Farm representative provided to accommodate my insurance needs.
